I’m Dr. Jake Kelly — a board-certified performance cardiologist, VO₂ max, Metabolic & Longevity strategist, and Ironman triathlete on a mission to help people live 20+ more years they actually want.
Over the past two decades, I’ve trained as a physician, athlete, and educator — coaching elite endurance athletes, treating patients with advanced heart failure and cardiac transplant, and raising three resilient kids alongside my wife, Katie (a nurse practitioner, marathoner, and amazing chef).
Now I’m building a new model of care and content: one that blends medical precision with real-world performance.
